Read a Good Story, Do a Good Deed

When you look at our current recipients, we hope you will want to donate to support the good work they do.   And with SimeCenter, when you donate, you receive something of value.

1) You choose a story or artwork that sponsors have donated on the recipient's behalf.

  a) Click the recipient's name or logo to learn more about what they do.

  b) (Please also click on the contributor's name to learn a bit about this wonderful person.)

  c) Click the name of the story or artwork to download.

2) You donate $2 per download directly to the recipient.

  b) You can write a check or money order made out to the recipient of your choice and mail it directly. Be sure to tell them you were 'referred' by SimeCenter, and write the name of the story or artwork you downloaded in the memo section of the check. 

  a) If you see a PayPal logo on the recipient's information page, you can also donate via PayPal.   (If you do not have a PayPal account, it's easy to start one. It's free.) 

All monies paid go directly to the recipients. Nothing goes to the authors or artists who are donating their work, or to Sime~Gen, the host of this site.  We are trusting you to pay. As Stephen King says, "No robbing the blind newsboy."

The stories and artwork themselves are complete, professional, edited work. We can't guarantee that you will like the stories or art --that's a matter of taste, after all--but we do guarantee that you are getting quality creative work.
