In this adventure, Linda learns that Loch Ness is not the idyllic place
it seemed on her first visit. The Vikings try to kill her when she steals their gold. But how else will she pay for the tickets to see her favorite
rock star in a concert at Urquhart Castle, on the shore of Loch Ness?
When the rock star’s crew arrives and starts tuning the sound system, the
noise is enough to start earthquakes that are destroy parts of Nessie’s Grotto.
Nessie brings Linda to see the damage. Linda doesn’t want to believe it.
Nessie sounds like all the other adults in her life – worried about nothing. Linda has been looking forward to that concert. And once she
does believe it, how can she convince the adults and most important of
all, her idol? The concert must be stopped! |

Jean Lorrah and I went to Scotland on a Nessie hunt. We didn't find her, but we did develop a lovely story. There is a mystery in the depths of Loch Ness that accounts for the mood of the surrounding towns.
