Seascape is a fun, fantasy romance, which takes place, under the
sea. The story was a pleasure to read,full of humor and witty
dialogue. From the first page to the last, the reader is drawn
into a world, filled with handsome mermen, an evil merqueen, and
a beautiful heroine, who is not as human as she seems.
It
is the story of Storm, a mermen, who has experienced great trajedy
in his life and has forgotten what it is to truly love. His saving
grace, Elanna Richfield, a brilliant scientist who literally falls
into his arms, at the beginning of the story.
What
happens when two very independent and strong willed people meet?
They fall in love, that's what! This reviewer was very impressed
with the way Ms. Burke, was able to bring two people, who felt
they needed no one, come to the realization that life
just isn't worth living, without someone to love.
I
truly enjoyed this book, and highly recommend it to anyone who
is in the mood to have a some fun, a laugh or two, and take a
visit under the sea. Well done Ms. Burke, my compliments.
