superficial if taken alone.

one of the books published in this field as having been published simply
as a way for the author and publisher to exploit the gullible public and
make money.
When you find one that doesn't do that - read it twice.
Don't believe a word of it, and don't try to find the
"right" answer. Don't ever think anyone else on this
Earth is wiser than you are, and learn well how wise you are
