1,2,3 Fudge

This fudge works for everyone who has tried it. Really!

1  12 ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1  can sweetened condensed milk (any fat level) -- NOT evaporated milk
1  square or packet bitter cooking chocolate

Melt all ingredients together over low flame in a heavy pot stirring until smooth. Spoon out by into tablespoon-sized drops onto waxed paper or plastic wrap (sitting on a cookie sheet). Place into refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Serve.
