| Let Dead in the Water propel you as it did this reader. I was taken on a wild ride through an exciting chain of unforgettable events that mysteriously led to danger and murder, all the while evil lusted longingly for its next prey. Who will be next to die? Our heroine, Kate, pretends to be her sister Laura on a mission that she might not escape. She tries to stay calm under pressure, but underneath she is terrified and tries not to let it show. Will romance get shot down even before it gets a chance to bloom? Mitchell was a marvelous hunk of a man, and he showed it by staying calm even through the worse times. But even through his bravery, will he wind up on the receiving end of the gun as he tries to help solve a powerful mystery?
Norma Williams has formulated a very tense plot! Even the villian plays his part well. As the story developed and the tension mounted, I bit into one of my nails, kept my eyes glued to the pages, and hung onto every word and waited in anticipation for the outcome. The intriguing lead held me and kept me spellbound all through the story. I can't wait to read more of her work. | | |
