| David Earthman decided to target e-mails for the purpose of writing a book that would make people laugh.
He targeted mostly scams and con artists. In the mix, though, are equally ridiculous e-mails to businesses, potential employers, and ordinary everyday people trying to sell a car or rent an apartment.
While some of the e-mails in E-Mails From Hell are hilarious, this reviewer was not happy with the exchange between Mr. Earthman and the family who had lost their pet chihuahua. That was a little over the limit of good taste and not particularly funny.
Overall, though, this is a light, interesting read and will give you a good laugh. Especially funny are the answers Mr. Earthman, posing as William Wyndell, received. It really makes one pause and consider exactly who is out there using the Internet! | | |
