| While Maggie was sitting in her car, she happened to look up and see a man coming toward her. Was she having a vision, or was she being abducted by an alien? She couldn't give credence to what was happening around her. A flying saucer had landed on a mountain road in the Ozarks, and she was right in the middle of all the activity. Was the government working on a cover-up? As the man came toward her, she thought him to be in the military. What did the military want with her? She bagan to get a little frightened, plus a little excited, and tried to lock the car doors. But each time she locked them, the doors unlocked again. She became more scared. Things that were happening now were so like the dreams she had been having for a while. When her psychiatrist had suggested she take this trip to calm herself, Maggie didn't realize she had stumbled upon a military secret. Or had she? Neither did she know why this total stranger was trying to get to her. As he opened the car door and reached in for her, she told him to go away right before she passed out.
Suddenly Maggie woke up, sat up in bed, and tried to look around. The room was in utter darkness. Was she still dreaming? Was she inside a spaceship? Or was she at a secret military base? Without warning the room lit up, and the same man looked down at her. He was the kind of man every woman fantasized about. But wasn't he just a man? Surely he wasn't a creature from outer space, was he? Was she losing her sanity? This wasn't really happening. Or was it? The male told her his name and said that he had been keeping an eye on her for some time. Maggie was even more apprehensive. If this was a dream, she wanted to wake up and find herself at home in her own bed. Will she come up with a means of escape?
Michelle M. Pillow has unlocked the secret to what makes a story soar to great heights. Her imaginativeness has no confines when it comes to creating characters and storyline. She has the capability to pull the reader right into the book. Taming Him is a towering quest with a twist of suspense and just enough adventure to keep the reader wondering what the next page will hold. | | |
