| Elizabeth Reynolds is a social worker with interesting friends. Two of these friends give her a birthday present that changes her entire life -- William Carlton. As You Wish is their story. While Elizabeth swears that she will never allow herself to fall in love again, she finds herself drawn to the British William, like a moth to a flame. Will she find true love and happy ever after, or will she just get burned?
Add to this William’s half-sister, Jennifer, who has been in a mental hospital -- a crazed stalker who will stop at nothing to "own" Elizabeth -- and multiple other smaller subplots, and you have more than a romance. You have several stories for the price of one.
Great characters and dialogue abound in this novel by Samantha Sommersby. With a definite slant toward erotica, this story has something for everyone. A good read…and steamy besides! What more could you ask for?
After this, I’m going out to look for other books by this author. I hope in the future that some of the characters from this novel get a story of their own. When they do (especially Jennifer), I want to be the first to read them! | | |
