More if You Had to Choose, What Would You Do? presents 26 moral dilemmas that children often encounter. Each dilemma is presented as a scenario told from the point of view of a child. Each scenario ends with the child in the story being faced with a moral decision. The reader is then asked what he/she would do in that situation. Additional questions to consider are also presented.
This book is most appropriate for pre-teens, who will relate to the situations presented without feeling they are being preached to. The layout of the situations lend themselves best to group discussions where solutions can be offered and debated. Feedback from an adult on what is appropriate in each situation could also be helpful. I found each situation entertaining to read and relevant to what children are faced with in life. I recommend this book to anyone working with groups of pre-teens.
