A wonderful little book. At first I didn't know what to expect from this manuscript but as I read on I connected effortlessly with the main character and the storyline. The writer's sharp wit painted a robust slice of life extracted from the character's uncomplicated but realistic survival.

As the story develops we encounter touches of paranormal smoothly inserted in the story at the right time and in the right places giving the reader a new flavour accompanied by a good sense of humour.

Ms Lori Ann White's writing reveals a keen sense for character development along with a good mastery of the words that keeps the reader connected to the book and the story.

What I personally liked the most were the author's little transcendental sentences inserted at unexpected places in the story, which, truly demonstrated that she has a real vision about this world, passing on the feeling that we are not always alone out there.
