The contest opens at 12:01 AM Central Daylight Time USA on June 15, 2002 and closes at 11:59 PM Central Daylight Time USA on June 30, 2002. The time/date stamp logged on our mailserver will decide if an entry is received within the contest time limit. Enter as often as you wish, as many slogans as you wish. There is a limit of fifteen (15) words per slogan. All slogans must be submitted in plain text only. No artwork, textart, or graphically rendered submissions will be accepted. Later there will be a logo contest in which you may enter your artistic endeavors, but this contest is limited to plain text only. All entries must be submitted by e-mail to contests@simegen.com, either as an attachment or an enclosure. No other form of submission will be accepted. In the case of duplicate entries, the slogan with the earlier time and date stamp as received on our server will be entered. This includes entries which may have been received, but not yet posted to the website. Slogans will be posted anonymously at the slogan display page as the contest proceeds. However, the Voting Booth will not open until the contest closes and all entries have been posted. Rules for the Voting Booth will be posted along with the voting form. Entries which, in the opinion of the Contest Committee, are unrelated to the Sime~Gen universe, are obscene or otherwise offensive, which contain hate messages, or are deemed illegal, will be discarded without notice. All entries become the real and intellectual property of Sime~Gen Inc. and as such, may or may not be used at the discretion of Sime~Gen Inc. There will be one winner and two runners-up. Winners will be decided by popular vote. Winners must provide first name, last name, and mailing address, which will not be used for anything other than mailing out prizes. (Please read our privacy policy.) Decisions of the Contest Committee are final.
